Welding Gas - Getting Your Own Bottle Refilled - Brisbane

I have three gas cylinders and would love dearly to put some Argon/CO2 in one of them for welding. Anyone know of a place in Bris that will fill your own bottle? They're not nicked and they will be hydrotested before I rock up.

If its not a proper argoshield cylinder (peacock blue with light grey neck) i don't like your chances of finding a place that will happily fill them
