So, I've recently started liking sour and funky beers. But at the same time, I've also been enjoying different mega swill type beers. Xxxx gold for one, and currently sipping on a Hahn premium, which, admittedly I bought for a Christmas catch up tomorrow with mostly non home brew drinkers. It's not too bad actually. Seems a bit weird Im enjoying both sides of the spectrum.
I suppose they both have very low finishing gravities, and I have found I enjoy the drier beers more and more. Been brewing saisons and beire de gardes, which always finish below 1.005 easily.
