i read the paper y,day and siezed on the lift out re:beer and as tangent said a bit of fluff.be a pity if they would do a serious article on brewing? but the right up on the bluetongue beers was interesting,another place on the must visit list!..cheers...spog...

think the most important thing about amateur competitions is helping with defects in your beer

I would have thought if you had a defect in your beer you'd ask a fellow brewer what he or she thinks and have a drink together, not enter a competition with it.
