<_< Got a bottle of "Wattle Seed Ale" from Kemeny's the other day. Anyone tried it yet? Good to see someone attempting use of a "new" disticltly Aussie beer flavouring. Will report back after a tasting session. :beerbang:

The follow up is it was an amber ale in the JS style low head retention, low hop character, smooth maltiness. Not a favourite but not too bad either.

I like the bottle design.

Uniquely Australian, yet nicely devoid of cultural cringe. Understated, yet effective like Redback. :beerbang:

Was there any wattle seed detectable? I suspect it would come through as nutty.

Might give it a go one day... drop a few handfulls in the mash.

Cheers
