Hi everyone,
I am introducing all grain brewing to a mate of mine in the coming weeks, he is a big fan of Stoke Amber Ale from New Zealand. Does anyone have a decent recipe we could use to get close to that kind of beer? I mainly brew by a single mash infusion using the BIAB method.
