Corio Bay Brewers have a good supply of Pils malt down here in GEELONG

Now im heading in soon to pick up another lot and thought i'd put the word out the the brewers and see what you guys would like to order.

Sorry i cant be specific on the type of malt, mainly because im a self confessed N00b, but its in my opinion...similar to the JW Export Pils malt.

But here goes...

- 50Kg bags
- $50 a bag
- Only the 1 type of malt
- Pick up the week ending 18/9/09 (most likely )
- As many bags as you like
- Will deliver to Geelong area / And Grain and Grape (melb) on 19/9/09 (No affiliation, but i will be there to pick up some supplies that day)
- Not responsible for change of plans or prices etc etc (bare in mind order below 1/2 Ton will incur a $5 per bag increase)
- I will organise with members to send grain by courier if needed

Im not making any money on this, so please be patient.

I will setup an account for money transfer when i know more solid numbers.

50Kg bags? Aren't they usually 25Kg? Hey if it's going for a dollar a kilo or so, I'll grab a sack regardless .

Is it possible to get the specs for the malt? not being a purest or anything, just curious. I'm in at least a bag, maybe 2.

I'd be a pick up from G&G as well

Likely only 1 bag, prefer to pick up from G/G.

If it makes you feel any better, the boys from g&g are buying a coupla hundred kilos for their personel brewing.

At that price I will be in for one or two 50kg bag no problems.

I'm in Drysdale and can collect in Geelong, as long as its not between 18th September and 5th October as I am away.

Yeah that does sound right too Warren. I got some of this malt through a local brewer and it's pretty versatile.

As pointed out by a fellow brewer, this has nothing to do with G&G and im not trying to cut in ont heir sales, but im just mentioning that i will be in melbourne, and i will be picking some stuff up on that day.....

It might be a good idea for me not to distribute the bags right out the front, but on the other hand it might bring people to the shop and while theyre there'might buy something Anyway.... I will have specific details for Melb pick up next week.
