One of my costumers showed me this picture,
He is using the ITC-1000 to control a chest freezer and light for home brewing temperature control. What the different is he change a 12" NTC Stainless Probe Sensor instead of the original one.
So he can measure the bigger bulk beer temperature due to the long probe. :D

Have you ever tried like this? :)

No I haven't tried it but would have an application for that bad boy. It could go into my mash tun!
