Guys - Looking to brew tomorrow and use this yeast for the first time (BIAB). I've done 5 lagers with 34/70 and all have been great. Mostly wey pils, acid malt and a bit of carapils (chucked a bit of vienna in the last one - living on the edge). Any suggestions appreciated.......
Cheers

Bo pils... Hard to brew. Go for a decoction or 2 make it really malty then bitter it hard.

100% wey Bo pils floor malted to 1048

Thanks Argon but totally incorrect - the correct answer would be wey pils, acid malt and a bit of carapils ;) .
No Bo pils on hand I'm afraid (yes impulse brewing has its drawbacks). Liked the graph though - thanks very much for that.
Cheers
