Under carbonated beer

Btw, I'm assuming it should be safe to re carb fully as the previous effort should've fermented out completely.

Except there's probably more dissolved CO2 than when he first added carb drops (ie: the beer isn't completely flat). I'd be inclined to test one bottle first - keep it somewhere safe in case it does explode (I reckon this is unlikely). Or, test 2, one with a full carb dose, another with half. Good luck!

Many thanks for advice.

I'll try a couple with 1 drop and another couple with 2 and wait for a month before sampling and posting results.
