Just went to start bottling my latest brew and found my carb drops all to be melted together

ran down the local shopping centre and they are out of them <_<

I have a kg of dextrose here, scales, kitchen teaspoon and tablespoon measures ...

How much do i put in per stubbie? :0 I can't bulk prime as i am unsure of the total amount in the secondary fermenter...

so if people are using 180grams per 23L for bulking

this comes to about 3grams per bottle? ?

Pick a volume (say 22L) and then put the details into a bulk priming calculator and then work out the volume per stubby: http://www.aussiehomebrewing.com/AlcoholCh...Calculator.html
Divide the bulk prime amount by the volume (22L) and then multiply by the volume of your stubbies (.375L) and you have the amount per bottle.

Or just bulk prime.

Take the 180g of dextrose boil it in some water.

Rack 23L of beer onto boiled dextrose

yeah its about 6-7g per longneck and 3g for a stubby or to put it easier a tad bit over a teaspoon for a long neck and half a teaspoon for stubbies, This is what I do and seems to work, I have yet to carb each beer from calculations
