Hi Brewers,
A liitle while ago I made a Tooheys lager and was somewhat dissapointed with the results, as have used the same basic recipe/method for several other brews that turned out fairly good with Coopers, Muntons, Beermakers, and even a couple batches of Fourex draught,
Recipe is basically,
1 x 1.7kg can
500g dex
250 g light dry malt
250g dry corn syrup
Was thinking of using this Tooheys Draught can as a part of a toucan mix with a Coopers stout but am not to sure what else to put in.
Have a few ingredients an hand
Dextrose
DDME
LDME
POR hops 25g
50g of Cascade hops.
And ideas wuold be appreciated
Thanks in advance, Ivan
