Brewing in them now and no tap so what technique do people use?

Was just thinking might use my sanatised grain bag and hydrometer tube and just dip it in there to get some wort?

If sanatised should be okay?

I use a big syringe with some tube on the end. I think turkey basters are popular... Although I just googled it and turns out they're a good way to get pregnant as well!

That’s how I do it. Works well.
