Brew number 2 is bottled and doing its thing.

I have a Coopers canadian blonde can, was thinking along the lines of...
canadian kit
box of be1
250g ldme
250g honey
cascade teabag steeped
cascade teabag added dry after ferment

Comments ,ideas,suggestions much appreciated.

Looking for a weekend quaffer that my mates wont screw their noses up at.

Cheers Andy :D

This recipe looks good Andy,
Wish it was around when SWMBO scored 4 cans of the Blonde at 5 buchs each a while back.

Just cracked into a keg of,,,,,,,,

Coopers Aussie Pale ale,
Dex, LDM, DCS, at 1/3 each to 1kilo,
15g Goldings @ 10 mins.
Cool ferment, racked and kegged, aged for two weeks, turned out YUMMMM.

Am still finding recipes in this site after a year of surfing.

Good brewing to you,

Ivan :chug:

should be fine,personally I'd use be2,keep ferm temp around 18* & use us05 yeast
