Yes the sales pitch lacks reality, only solid numbers and a good accountant can make sense of it.

Very true, no good speculating the true value of the business, bet a pound to a pinch of salt though that the equipment is well loaded.

They will never tell you in an advertisement the in depth figures unless u are a serious buyer / need it for a loan / not wasting their time.
