Hi all

Just signed up, from Brisbane and have only recently started brewing beer again.

At this stage i am only using fresh wort kits but would like to go all out with my own recipes one day!

G-day Matt,

Welcome, I love beer, but I'm not sure what I enjoy more, brewing or sampling. I love it when the all grain recipe i design just works. I've never used a FWK, bet they are convenient. I don't do it for the cost, but I can brew massive hop explosion IPA for the same price as an off shelf FWK, though factoring in the cost of equipment probably cancels that out. Anyway, its a hobby for me, I just love it, can't really explain why.
