Hands down, a exelent kit All parts present and in good nick. Thanks a million to everyone involved past, present and future !!!

As i am a qualified sparky ( even been down under for work ( Dampier) ) I have evil plans for these two kits i got my hands on.

First brew on the new setup I guess will take place between boxing day and new year

First brew will be a Westvletern 12 clone... Brewed at christmas for christmas 2016

seemed a more sensible idea than in this thread. I also posted my notes on candy syrup too for anyone that wants to have a go making it. Have fun! The beer definitely tastes a lot better after 6 months aging. The 2nd batch I made tasted bland and rubbish for the first 4 months. Almost threw it out lol.
