Newbie here from Colorado Springs, Colorado. I'm 60 years old. A winemaker since 2000 and a home beer brewer (off and on) since 2005. I've been out of the hobby for a few years but am now settling down into the forever home. The kids are grown and long gone and it's just the wife and I (she doesn't drink), moving into a much smaller house. But now I'm feeling the need to brew and I've decided to brew small batch beers, since it's just me and a few friends. Plus, small batches provides for a greater variety and I haven't yet met a beer I don't like. I may stray into mead and original recipes. Lastly, I found this group because it was recommended in an old YouTube brew video from a Canadian channel called Craig Tube. That's about it. Cheers / 73.
