I can't help with Perth but I would be looking at either the chemistry department of one of the major universities or if you have a major fee for service cultural materials conservation organisation over there.

If there's no fee for service conservation org, your best bet will be either the main museum (or maritime museum) or major art gallery (the relevant conservation department in each).

trying to get the color profile of your beer?

if you send me some sample I can do a quick UV/VIS for you....

If its a regular thing I would have to speak to my supervisor about a price schedule. We have UV/VIS, FTIR, NMR and direct injection (no HPLC) electrospray MS, and also gas chromotography sometimes, when it's not in headspace mode.
