Sold about 7 in the last month too... good on him/her.

Worse ways to make money I suppose!

How much does that cost?

EDIT: Probably no one would if it looked kosher but if you were to.. how much? - unless it burnt your house down, then insurance issues etc...

i have my fridge and heat belt plugged in set to 24 C and my beer has been great.

he's also good at following the instruction on the cans

Got to love over $2k for a single temp controller! Not sure he will be selling all 108 of them at that price.

Yeah...i though...oh..24 degree's...poor bugger...must be drinking shit beer...
But then i thought...maybe he has measured the dsiparity between what his actual temps are Vs his measured stc1000 temps....
Ffor $100...there are plenty of blokes who couldn't wire these things up , but know they need one to really control fermnetaion temp , better...
And make a better beer...mine is currently helping me do a Dusseldorf Alt at 14 degree's...
So...i reckon god luck to him...and his 24 degree's

I think a test and tag guy might just charge you about $5 ... its about 2 minutes work if you have a minute smoko as well ... ;-) .. The course was 2 days I think ... not difficult by any stretch of the imagination and sadly depending on where you are geographically you don't even need to be a sparky !!

I could understand if this guy was a qualified sparky, charging the minimum 1 hour for wiring this up, charging full mark up for the parts. If he were, you would also get a test certificate with his license number, and be sure that it is electrically safe...

Hmmm, as an apprentice, I reckon I could pump some of these out for about $75 each on eBay.... Ideas!

;)

Well as per the message I came out today to say hey and check stuff out . but alas ... you were obviouslydoing something cause I could not find you anywhere ... even called on one of those new fan dangled telephony machines but all I heard was the sound of a truck reversing which is probably indicating you were busy doing test and tags !!! lol... BTW I can actually do them so ... when I do get to chat to you I will bring a few gadgets and widgets n things to do some magic ..lol..

I will send you a text .. hook me up with your address ...

BTW .. do u happen to have any belgian trappist yeasties /?? I need one for a 12% ale  or <_<

Is it a simple tag and test for it/you to be covered? If so, he should spend that money and promote the **** out of that fact...

But it would seem as if he is doing just fine, listing all the, no official, disclaimers as he can list!

At the end of the day, he is selling them on eBay and the buyer has the power so if anything fucked up, and it was untagged/tested - its his head.. if the buyer got it done or not!

jyoisahomo.

Cheers!
