Sydney West, Nsw, Grain Bulk Buy [jan/feb 2012]

I've decided to arrange a grain bulk buy with the assistance of Pat at Absolute Homebrew in St Marys, and I've approved this with Dane

PICKUP: Absolute Homebrew, St Marys, NSW
ORDERS CLOSE: JANUARY 31st, 2012 or earlier.

There are two wholesalers (Cryer and Bintani) which means there are two grain lists. We need to order 30-36 sacks from a list in order for that list to go ahead.

I'm attaching two price lists, which already have freight included in the prices.

Group 1 - Cryer (Barret Burston, Weyermann, Bairds, Thomas Fawcett, Dingemans)
Group 2 - Bintani (Joe White, Blue Lake, Simpsons, Best Malt, Briess)

Pickup will be from Absolute Homebrew in St Marys, Western Sydney (map).

Once a list gets the go-ahead, we will confirm stock availability, then payments, and then order.

I want to finalize and place the order(s) before the end of January so that we can pickup early/mid February. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bulk Buy *will* close January 31st.

There will be no split sacks in the order. If you want to arrange a split, you may in this thread, but the order must be paid and picked up by one person.

If someone does not pay by the closing date, they may be scratched, and anyone with a reserve order may take their place.

Because of limitations on the loading dock, if two groups go ahead the second groups pickup date will most likely be later than the first groups. People in both groups may pickup at the later date.

Payment will be via Direct Deposit to a nominated bank account, and once all payments for a group have been received I will place the order for that group.
