Had a great time last night, great to spend an evening talking about beer
with a bunch of like minded chaps.

I'm down to talk about "Brewing Procedures" any idea what I should include in this

I think it's on that sheet, but here's the info. From here.

Technical topic: Brewing procedures, including sparging, boiling, fining and carbonation methods. Reasons for each should be discussed, along with potential problems.

Now, go sniff some petrol. :p
 
mmm Petrol, should have the report from the scientists today, will know whether we have to did up our factory to extract a buried fuel tank :(

And Trev was right. I've still got that bitterness aftertaste of Mike's IPA....... it did linger into....... tomorrow :lol:
 
Had to have a midi out of the keg when I got home, good for washing down hot thai chilli which is what I had after the meet
