Switching from carbonating keg to carbonated keg then back to carbonating keg.

I have just started to carbonate a keg at 10psi for around 6 days. Today is day 1. I have a second keg in the fridge that is already carbonated. Is it ok to disconnect the gas line from the keg I am carbonating and connect it to the already carbonated keg to pour a beer for no more than a minute then reconnect it to the keg that I am carbonating???? Will this interfere in the carbonation process??

It’ll be just fine. Your carbonating beer might take an extra minute to reach the desired carbonation.
