Is it possible to raise the upper limit from 70c to at least 100c and what is needed to do it ?

Thanks BeeR . What I am looking for is, to be able to increase the SP upper limit for in the code and function menu in the STC 200 that I have the F3 upper limit max is 70* C, can it be increased aand how?

It looks like it can’t be raised without hacking the firmware.

What are you trying to achieve?

Can you sub out the STC200 for an STC1000?

It looks like it works within a temp range, not a set point.
The setting F0 is the target zone, set this first.
Set SP temp, then SP+ Hysteresis. Should go to 99C.

Can you sub out the STC200 for an STC1000?

STC 1000 Is too big size wise its has to replace Grainfather STC as the set button won't engage.

Aahhh I getcha.

An on/off thermostat isn’t the best product for mashing as it will always under/overshoot. Try looking for a small PID.
