SS BrewTech Whirlpool fittings - anyone tried one?

Anyone tried one of these whirlpool fittings?

I'm pretty keen to just make a whirlpool arm thing out of ss tubing, but now that Ive seen these Im really curious.... seems like an elegant simple solution...
I'll still gonna make a rad looking arm thing tho....

I like the idea of the clean no fuss fitting that just sits on the kettle (minimal cleaning etc.) but I also like the idea of making an arm thing that comes in from the top of the kettle from above the liquid line....

I reckon my 1/2" SS tube with a smaller Kaixin pump gettings as good a rotation if not better even with 55L of wort.

It IS less obstrusive though which is nice. But meh.
