the bottles and caps have been used a couple times but always cleaned just wondering should i leave it to mature or drink it and start again.

Really? I think the caps are leaking, which is why your beer isn't carbonated. Or you have stored them too cold.

chhers could be the cold factor was brewed in my garage and stored there probably about 14 degrees.if i warm it up will that change this cheers

You could try warming a few up just to make sure the yeast eat the priming sugar. Also are you using PET bottles or glass?

Just more time, mate. Don't stress. Since there's carbonation at all a leak is less likely, IMO. Takes a while in the colder months.

cheers will leave it then means it going to be dry weekend, hahaha have another brew down at moment also so might be a chance to get ahead of my drinking habit

Bring a few inside where it's warmer (presuming you have bottled correctly and have no risk of bottle bombs).

cheers manticle yeh gotta a few warmimg up and leavce for another week, its like chalk and cheese garage as cold as ya M I L kiss and inside with fire going roasting hot
