Pretty sure you can, been a while since I've read that thread but seen similar questions before in there

Just add them on the Grains and Adjuncts worksheets. Just insert a row where you want them and fill in the rest of the columns.
Not sure why looks like there is plenty there now on the main sheet
On the main sheet you will need to modify all the formulas and macros as well (like paulyman says)
But on some of the other sheets like grain, adj,malt etc. it is very easy, you just go down the row (No. 1,2,3,4,etc,)to where you want to add and right click then click insert in the choices that appear and a new row will be inserted
Don't forget to enable worksheet first or you won't be able to do any changes
