Spent some time in Spain and grew accustomed to their beer as an easy drinking style, especially during summer. Does anyone have a good recipe for true spanish beer and not mexican style cerveza. Don't like the mex drops all that much. Have tried the recipe section on this site and google to no avail. Any help gracefully accepted.

PS. I am new here, so if I have something wrong please enlighten me.

Cheers Mike

Having never been to spain nor mexico, can you explain the difference between the two?

Spanish beers seem to be more European and stronger heavier beers , where the only mexican beers I've tried tend towards lighter ales types which need some fortification (to me anyway). As I said I am not an expert, I just know what I like.

Cheers
