Hi all I have been on the look out for sodium percarbonate can't find any place round Brisbane. The only place on line is from China min 2 ton. Does any one know the shipping laws with chemicals? It would be a great bulk buy. Or any help on where to buy some.

what do u need it for?? Can u use sodium bicarbonate instead, its more eadily available and i think used more in homebrewing, either for cleaning or mashing

duplicate thread, see the other one.
Can't believe, by the way, that someone's been around the forum for over a year and never heard of perc

I've seen it written on the side of Napisan containers. Also the Aldi version.

The nappy version is only about 30% perc thus wasting money just on fillers / detergents. When the perc is denatured by losing an oxygen atom as it zaps the crap, it becomes sodium carbonate = washing soda which is a good cleaner in its own right.
See other thread, shouldn't have two going

Righto thanks. Is it better than the pink stuff?
