Anyone out there interested in swapping just a couple of bottles. I don't know if I'm ready to join one of the larger swaps and with all the talk about sub standard beer in the swaps I don't think I'd have the nerve
I'm happy with the results I'm getting from extract and put my first partial down yesterday, I'm keen for another experienced brewer to taste what I'm producing and give me some honest feedback. The only people who currently drink my beer are myself, my wife and mates who only drink commercial megaswill. Also keen to try someone elses beer for comparisson.
I work in the Sydney CBD, if anyone is interested let me know. Currently have an English Bitter and Irish Red Extract drinking now.
