What are your hops like in this Burton IPA?

Hops: EKG and Styrian Goldings.
Water: Gypsum plus SO2 added to soft Illawarra water.
Yeast: WLP023 Burton Ale
Grains: JW Pale + Light Crystal (30-50 EBC, whatever HBS sources), maybe a touch of choc or roasted barley for colour adjustment.

I guess I should more accurately call it "Burton-style IPA".

Thanks for that kook - Didn't even realise K&B had spawned so many micros - & the original beer was taken over & now brewed by Badgers.
My local used to be about 20 meters from the original brewery & the Lamb Inn was a Sunday lunchtime haunt... great memories.. :D :D
