How do you determine which sharks to kill?

I have often wondered about the logic of " We will go and catch the shark that killed that surfer "

How do you know which shark it was ?

How do you know your killing the shark that killed that person ?

How does killing 1 shark stop other sharks from doing the same thing ?

Make sure there are a couple of sharks watching when you 'off' the suspected culprit.

That's what they do in the films anyway...

We regularly cull plenty of animals in this great country (Roo's, Pigs, Camels, Rabbits, Deer, etc.) and I'm in favour of most of them. But sharks I'm not, u want to surf in winter, you accept the risk.

About the same way they caught the criminals in PNG when I was there.They don't. They catch and kill the closest and easiest and then tell everyone 'we got the baddie, at ease people'
