Hey all, while I'm trying to work out what I am going to do with my font, I thought I'd give my taps a strip down and clean.
I've got half of it disassembled, but am a bit stuck here.

Anybody know how to get the piece out that is circled so that I can get to the springs etc?
Can't see anything, I'm probably missing something really stupid here
Thanks.

Edit, title is sposed to be Servicing D.A. taps, not "da taps". I'm not a rapper

Thanks heaps mate. It looked like that was one whole cast piece.
Got it sorted.

FYI - I was at an Andale shop today and they have service kits for their taps (new seals and springs) for around $6

Legend mate, thanks.
I've got the cellarman at the local club doing them for me tomorrow :beerbang: It's good to know that I can get them straight from Andale.

BTW, does anybody know know what sort of metal these taps are made of? I'm looking at getting a font replated and I'm thinking I might get some certain parts of these taps done at the same time.
