Perhaps Wallace is held up with other things, can anyone here do spreads sheets? Perhaps there someone who could help Wallace out by finalizing this?

It must just be the collection of moneys and payment to Ross, organize a pick up day.

OK so nobody else has this under way - if not I'll do the sheet, money and pay Ross part - so long as someone is doing the labelling and taking responsibility for the grain etc on Saturday ?

Go for it Logman . I had a quick look at the spreadsheet this morning but couldn't do much without knowing actual freight cost.

I'm unavailable on Sat 9/2 but could probably get down to label up the sacks on the Friday arvo.
If it goes ahead on the 16th I should be free to help out with collection etc.

And can we have the Bulk Buy Rules and Info (the buyers' guide) included in the first bulk buy post in future for people like me who aren't aware of the fine print?

You have to pickup on the day or organize a pickup from someone - can't leave it there.

If you can't pick up I'm at Upper Coomera and could grab yours - some other Gold Coast guys on the list I think..
