I thought I would try a second stage ferment and siphoned it into another fermenter... now been there for one week.
I would like to know how to determine the right amount of priming sugar(dextrose) to use as the guy at the home brew shop said that I probably should have not done so as I prob might need the yeast to gas the bottles.
I was going to do a bulk prime and what I can find on the net I might use about 90 grams of dextorse.
Also should I rouse it at all ..
