Hi All,
I have finished my experimental Cherry Ripe stout, and it has been cold Crashed for 4 days at 4Celecius.
I am going to Keg and Bottle this today. I am trying to work out the amount of Dextrose to use for Bulk Prime.
I have seen varying numbers as it cold crashed from 35 grams to 150 grams. Is there this much of a difference in the amount of dextrose
due to cold crashing ?.
Anyone have experience with cold crashed stouts and amount to bulk prime with ? I want a reasonable amount of Carb, but not to much for the stout.

Thanks

I make wort, the yeast make it beer.

I used a bulk priming calculator before I started using kegs. This one is a reasonable one, and lets you select your desired levels of CO2 and will adjust for the temp of the beer.
