Not sure where to put this, but after 2 years 3 international relocations, a number of deaths of loved ones and health scares for myself and family, I'm back.
Much of my gear is gone so I'll be doing small BIAB batches in an old urn with a homemade malt pipe.
I took a trip up to Grain and Grape last weekend and attended Helens Shwarzbier demo, which pushed me into dusting off the urn and brewing a junk beer with whatever ingredients I had.
It will not be good I know but it will help getting reaquainted with the process.
Anyway, I'm back and around to stay now.
I'll probably brew 2 beers a month - 1 x American Pale and something else from a long list.
The Brew wash powder buy started just before all hell broke loose so apologies to those who wanted in on that.
Anyway - I'm here, have beer and all is well in the world.
