However, as we're 6 years down the track, I was wondering what people were using for this currently? I would be after pure nitrogen rather than beergas, as this would also be for coffee. For beer I am pressure fermenting, so a degree of CO2 will be dissolved prior to nitrogenation.
Rentfreegas.com.au is one source that I've found, although their SDS just states 100% nitrogen (no purity given).
Other options?
