Hi ya
When i was in aussie in the 1980s i Remember enjoying the odd redback
in the pubs over there . I would like to try and make a clone for this beer
has anyone got a partial mash recipe they have done with success.
I cant remember if this beer was cloudy i know it had sediment in the bottem and they put a lemon in the top
It would be nice to score some yeast from the bottom of one of those bottles but i only brought home a Empty one :D
I see it has 50% stirling wheat and pale malted barley
Pride of ringwood hops early in the boil
Late addition of Saaz
And a top fermenting yeast im thinking of bavarian weizenbier wyeast 3068
any ideas thanks
Daza
