Hi all.
I brew all grain and rarely repeat a recipe. I love to always try something different.
Im after some recipe recommendations for a beer that's not too heavy and not overly hoppy, but still flavoursome and refreshing after a hot day on the construction site.
The only hop I have had so far I don't like is Nelson sauvin.

Thanks in advance!

DSGA ticks all those requirements...but you've probably already done that one...

don't know if your've tried them but you can give wheat a shot American or European, I'm not into the EU yeast variety but enjoy an american (well any of em :) ) wheat on a hot day.
