Brewer's Notes
This isnt really an american amber ale, but I was unsure what category it fit into. One of the best beers Ive done so far, so had to add it! The 20 and 15 minute hop additions are there for placeholders - basically what i did was to just continuously hop the entire amount up until the ten minute mark .. you could vary the continuous hopping so it went up to around 15 grams all up I think, would probably do better.
