Brewer's Notes

To a 10LT boil add 1.5kg of LDME, boil time 1 hour. Follow hop schedule till 0min or flame out then add 750g of Coopers wheat malt extract and 750g dextrose. Crash cool in sink and filter through hop sock into fermenter and add orange peel . Pitch yeast at about 22 deg/c and ferment below 20 deg/c.
There you go easy as Kolsch ! HAPPY BREWING GROG DOGS
