Sparkling Ale

Brewer's Notes

Vague approximation rather than a complete copy of Coopers Sparkling. Yeast was recultured from a longneck of CSA.
Nice, unobtrusive drop that needs a little more time in the keg, fruity, some light toasty/caramel notes with feint leafy/herbal hop finish. Combination of cane sugar and Pride of Ringwood has done no harm to it at all.
