Dear DA

i've been looking around for a recipe for Munich Helles and so was pleased to see yours here. How did it go? Was it pretty true to style or not? The key thing that I am after though is: what sort of mashing regime did you use? Do you think it is necessary to do a step-mash (or even a decoction) to make the best of everything? Most importantly, what was it like as a beer!!??

Sorry for all the qs.

Cheers

Neil
