Roger Mellie's Summer Ale

Ale - English Best (Special) Bitter
All Grain
- - - - -

Brewer's Notes

90 Minute Boil. Wheat was Torrified.
1 TBSP of Gypsum to the mash water.
1 TSP Table Salt to the Boil : BG 1.032:OG 1.050:FG 1.014 ABV 4.9% : This was my contribution to the Sandgropers Xmas Case 2006 - and of course it goes without saying that this is indeed a manipulation of Ross's Nelson Sauvin Ale - transferring all the Nelson to the end - for max aroma. Centennial seems to do the business - but Cascade would do the job also.
