This is the discussion topic for the recipe: Ozzie's Ale

How does this one taste under? Am looking at doing an easy drinking beer this weekend and have some Nottingham handy (which have never used before) What temp did you ferment at?

Cheers
clatty

Fermented at 16 until done. Crash chill 2 days, add gelatine. Chill 2 more days, add polyclar, 2 more days then keg.

The caramunich was prominent early but smoothed out rather nice. Its a nice easy drinker. Dry and tasty.
