This was my first AG. Now that I've tasted it I thought I'd post the recipe because I am very happy with it, teething troubles on brew day aside.
2nd Place at AABC 2007 in the British and Irish Ale category
Baird GP malt is actually Perle malt.
25g First Gold is dry hop addition in the secondary.
