Brewer's Notes

Mashed @ 69degrees, crash chilled after 14 days in Primary for 3 days and kegged.
The Galena was First Wort Hop(FWH) and the last 3x20gr lots of hops was dry hopped in Primary after 7 days fermentation.

Stand out brew from the case swap weekend! Going halves in this one with Sully. Well worth the effort if your after a Little Critters Stimulus clone IMHO. Well done CB!

Looks great CB. Grain bill enough to back up the bitterness. Will you have any left in two weeks?

It works well mate, I thought I had mashed at 68c but it was actually 69c so that helps alot, wouldnt mash it lower though.. And its all gone mate, most got consumed at the Swap and then Chappo and I finished it off at Chappos the next day..

And it finished Chappo off :icon_vomit: or was that the Red Wine???

Guess I will have to brew it.... looks the goods!

glad I didn't have to enter that hops schedule into the data base tho :p
