Brewer's Notes
NSW XMAS Case beer. Yeast used was US-56 but was not in the list. Colour estimated both here and in Beersmith is way lower than it appears in the glass - still haven't figured out why (best I can come up with is some caramelisation in the kettle). Beersmith estimates the EBC and IBU to be 9.8 and 26.2, respectively.
