Brewer's Notes
My first use of Nelson Sauvin Hops. Love them! No Chill split batch. One half racked onto US56 yeast cake (from stout) after half onto Wyeast 1338 (Euro Ale) yeast cake. Finishing hops were used in the hopback. Beer has a nice, pungent hoppy aroma and very big hoppy flavour. :-) Promash has this beer at 13 EBC which IMO is more correct than the 6 EBC on this database. Colour is a nice mid amber.
