Brewer's Notes
I brewed this for the HAG brew comp and it came equal first in its class. I have brewed a few dark milds and this is a favourite I will brew again. I fermented this using the Wyeast Fat Tire yeast as it was all I had on hand at the time but would go for a english ale yeast (probably 1028) next time. Mashed at 67.
